Tasting Notes: Apricot - Rose Petal - Bright - Wine- Citrus
Grown on the slopes of the Huye Mountain, the cherries are meticulously collected and hand sorted prior to drying on African beds for up to 28 days with regular turning.
The parchment coffee is then held for 2 months to condition.
The result is a complex and truly unique cup profile.
