Tasting Notes: Toast - Bubbly - Boisterous - Sweet

Duhoho is produced by 18 smallholders in East Timor.

Ripe cherries are picked and wet-processed the same day, then washed and fermented for 36 hours, before being washed again and sun-dried. The result is a cup profile that's boisterous, bubbly and sweet.
