Delivery Information

Small parcels to are usually shipped using the Royal Mail's Standard delivery service which takes 3-5 working days. Dependent on weight and size, the parcel may be delivered by DHL. Delivery by DHL will be on a working day, between the hours of 08:00 and 18:30. A signature will usually be required upon delivery.

Unfortunately due to a combination of increased shipping costs and several other factors we are no longer able to offer a shipping service for online customers in Northern Ireland & Isle of Man. We appreciate this must be disappointing and would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are a business customer based in Northern Ireland and are interested in a trade account, please fill out our contact form to arrange a call to discuss further options

 

Delivery Charges 

Delivery Charges for UK Mainland:-

  • Orders under £15 - Standard delivery £2.99
  • Orders over £15 - Standard delivery free of charge

 

Covid-19 Updates:

Please note that whilst the vast majority of orders should be unaffected, the couriers we partner with cannot guarantee all deliveries will arrive on time, due to increased demand and reduced capacity due to social-distancing and staff absence as a result of Covid-19. 

Due to high demand all gift bundles/sets will be packed once a week and shipped accordingly, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

Products could also be shipped from different warehouses so could arrive in separate boxes/deliveries unless gift option specified.  

Shipping Policy:

Mainland UK orders received before 12 noon will be delivered within 3-5 working days. Other UK and Ireland orders received before noon will usually be delivered within 5-7 working days. For special deliveries (such as next day or Saturday deliveries) please contact us to discuss possibilities and costs. For international orders, timing and costs are available on request and depend on location and export regulations. Blak Nektar cannot be held responsible for loss of revenue resulting from late or delayed orders.

It is our policy to carry a large quantity of stock items. However, due to unforeseen circumstances we may from time to time, be out of stock of your desired item(s). In this event, we will advise you immediately and give you an approximate delivery date of your order balance.

Cancellations or Returns: 

Once an order has been submitted online we are unable to cancel or change it.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us by phone or email with full details.

We are unable to accept returns for any opened cases of food products. Other items may be returned in original undamaged packaging and must be deemed to be suitable for re-sale before credit is awarded. All returns are subject to a re-stocking charge of 10% of the item(s) value or £10 (€15) whichever is greater. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from shipment. The shipping costs of returned items are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If any goods are found to be defective on delivery we will gladly replace at our expense. Customers must inform Blak Nektar of any damage on the same day of receiving the order. Please sign for goods as damaged on receipt if there is evidence of damage to outer packaging. Specific details of damage and consignment note number together with order reference number are required. This does not affect your statutory rights.
