Amy looks after our programmes to make our operations and supply chains more sustainable. She enjoys getting to build relationships with our suppliers and thinks of ways we can support their great work. She loves travelling to meet them, and to see the positive impact that our trading relationships have for coffee communities.
Estelle sources and selects all our amazing coffees. She is a certified q grader with nearly 20 years of experience of cupping thousands of cups of coffee from all over the world- of all varieties and processes. She understands the full supply chain and the importance of each step of the way and what this brings to the final cup.
Eduarda tastes and selects coffees for Blak Nektar and tries to translate sensory perceptions into words, colours, shapes movements and textures to give the origins a voice. She has worked in coffee for around 20 years and enjoys coming across something unique on the cupping table.
